Auditing

We provide auditing services to various businesses, governmental entities and nonprofit organizations.  To strengthen management procedures and improve operating results, we supplement our audit reports with suggestions for attaining the client's specific goals and meeting the client's financial requirements.

We believe in making financial statements simple and easily understood by the client, financial analyst and layperson alike.

Taxes

A complete and diversified tax service is provided, including the normal services relating to the preparation of federal and state tax returns for all types of entities including individual, corporate, partnership and trusts.  Tax planning is emphasized including such areas as compensation, investments, acquisitions and mergers.

Management Advisory Services

Our management advisory services provide systems to improve efficiency and profitability from a different viewpoint, using an objective evaluation.  We will design information systems, create effective operating controls, and install or upgrade data-processing systems.

Specialized management advisory services include assistance in the preparation of forecasts and working capital requirements, recommending sources of financing for operations and capital additions.

Specialized Accounting

 

We assist in establishing basic accounting records, preparation of interim financial statements and various regulatory authority tax returns including state franchise, sales and payroll.  We also assist with property tax renditions and appealing property tax valuations.
